Asia’s Got Talent is still airing even though it has not been licensed

On the evening of March 23, episode 4 of the program Asia’s Got Talent – Asia’s Talent Search 2015 aired on Vietnam Television (VTV).

But since then, Asia’s Got Talent has continued to debut to domestic audiences on two VTV channels according to the previous schedule.

Previously, the Ministry of Information and Communications also sent an official dispatch to VTV, announcing the temporary suspension of the issuance of Joint Program Registration Certificates for VTV with BHD and Cat Tien Sa companies.

Asia’s Got Talent is a reality television show with the participation of thousands of talents from 15 countries across Asia.

In the preliminary episode to win tickets to the semi-finals broadcast on the evening of March 23, Nguyen Kieu Anh, 20 years old, from Hanoi joined contestants from other Asian countries to show off their talents in front of four judges: producers.

Kieu Anh plays the zither and sings the folk song Sitting on Song Dao (Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk song).

Backstage at the competition, the Hanoi singer shared that she was not very satisfied when she did not complete the performance well.

`When I perform this song on the Vietnamese stage, everyone likes it. But when I perform it on a foreign stage, it’s a different story. The language barrier is a big obstacle because it’s very difficult to listen without understanding.
