Based on documents accessed by the news agency, Angelina Jolie is currently giving up negotiations worth $54 million related to the vineyard because the terms of the contract do not defame each other.

Pitt’s side said Angelina Jolie also used non-disclosure agreements to `silence` her employees.

In its petition to the court, Pitt’s team asked Jolie to disclose confidentiality agreements with third parties, including terms with individuals working for Jolie.

In addition, Brad Pitt’s lawyer also responded to his ex-wife’s accusations of violence.

Paul Murphy, Angelina Jolie’s lawyer, said: `For Pitt, it is pathetic that he equated confidentiality agreements between employees and the workplace, and tried to cover up his history of domestic abuse.

On April 4, Angelina Jolie’s legal team submitted a petition related to the estate lawsuit, accusing Brad Pitt of having a past of abusing her.

The dispute started in mid-2016, when Angelina wanted to sell the Château Miraval vineyard to move to England but faced opposition from Brad Pitt.

In February, the Luxembourg court (Belgium) announced that Brad Pitt won the final round of trial in the case accusing Angelina Jolie of voluntarily selling shares of the estate to Yuri Shefler – the owner of a giant wine company in Russia.
